4-Gang + 2-Scene Smart Switch

322

The 4-Gang + 2-Scene Smart Switch combines direct control of four independent electrical circuits with two programmable scene buttons. Operating on Zigbee 3.0, it supports manual switching, mobile app control, and smart automation, providing convenient control of lighting and connected smart-home scenes from a single wall-mounted device.

Smart Switch Specifications

  • Product type: Four-gang smart wall switch with two scene buttons.
  • Communication protocol: Zigbee 3.0.
  • Relay outputs: Four independently controlled outputs.
  • Relay rating: Up to 16A per circuit, subject to the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Scene controls: Two programmable scene buttons.
  • Manual control: Individual on/off control from the wall switch.
  • Smart control: Remote operation through a compatible mobile application.
  • Supports smart scenes and automation routines.
  • Can trigger multiple compatible devices through a single programmed scene.
  • Requires a compatible Zigbee gateway for remote app control and automation.

Programmable Scene Button Functions

The two dedicated scene buttons can be programmed to perform actions such as:

  • Switching multiple lighting circuits on or off.
  • Activating arrival or leaving-home scenes.
  • Running sleep, relaxation, or entertainment scenes.
  • Sending automation commands to compatible curtains or air-conditioning controllers.
  • Controlling groups of devices connected to the smart-home platform.
  • Performing customized actions based on the application and system configuration.

Applications

The smart switch is suitable for apartments, villas, offices, hotels, and smart buildings. It can control four independent lighting circuits while providing two dedicated buttons for activating customized scenes involving lighting, curtains, air-conditioning systems, and other compatible smart devices.

Supply and Installation

The scope includes supplying and installing a smart wall switch with four relay outputs and two dedicated scene buttons, connecting it to the approved electrical circuits, pairing it with a compatible Zigbee gateway, and adding it to the mobile application. It also includes programming the agreed button functions and scenes, testing manual and smart control, and verifying proper circuit response before handover.

Important Technical Notes

  • Supply must be preceded by verification of the operating voltage, load types, neutral-wire requirements, and wall-box dimensions.
  • The 16A value represents the rated limit stated by the manufacturer; load characteristics and inrush current must also be considered.
  • The two scene buttons are programmable controls and do not constitute additional relay outputs.
  • Dimming is not supported unless it is explicitly stated in the selected model’s specifications.
  • Mobile app control and automation require a compatible Zigbee gateway and network connection, depending on the system architecture.
  • Curtain and air-conditioning control is performed through compatible devices or controllers linked to the scene, not directly through the switch outputs unless specifically supported.
  • Electrical installation must be completed by a qualified technician in accordance with project requirements.
