Video Intercom Applications
The package is suitable for villas, apartments, offices, clinics, retail premises, and residential or commercial entrances. Users can view and speak with visitors through the indoor monitor or mobile application and remotely unlock the door after verification, subject to configured access permissions.
Remote door unlocking requires a compatible electric lock or access control system. Mobile app features, cloud connectivity, and visitor snapshot storage depend on the service provider, internet availability, storage capacity, and any applicable subscription.
Supply and Installation
The work includes the supply and installation of a smart SIP video intercom package, installation of the 7-inch indoor touchscreen monitor and 2MP outdoor door station, and connection to the approved IP network and PoE infrastructure.
It also includes SIP account configuration, communication setup between the indoor monitor and outdoor station, mobile app and available cloud service integration, remote unlock configuration where a compatible lock is installed, and testing of video, two-way audio, calling, visitor snapshots, and remote door unlocking.
Network cabling, PoE switches or injectors, electric locks, door modifications, and paid cloud subscriptions are excluded unless expressly included in the quotation.
